An Overnight
Amelia had her first overnight without her parents. They probably noticed the separation more than she did. Bebe and Grandpa kept Amelia while we attended Pete’s 60th birthday party.
It was a beautiful indian summer weekend- perfect for a pretty dress (with clunky shoes),
a leaf shower,
and smelling the roses.
Walking update
For a couple of days, Amelia would walk around with both arms up in the air. Like just walking wasn’t enough of a challenge!
All that walking makes a baby tired.
But not for long!
She walks everywhere now, back and forth, sometimes carrying something in each hand, always with confidence.
