Amelia got her first taste of Peeps yesterday. She had more fun smushing it and finding out it would stick to her hand. She actually didn’t know it was food until I ate one to show her that she could (and should!) eat it.
She doesn’t like some food textures, and I don’t think she really liked the sugar on the outside. There is plenty of time for her to learn to love Peeps.

I am proud to say she asked for and ate vegetables while there was cookie (left) and peeps (right) on her tray.

OK, so she did eat the cookie. And then ran, and ran, and ran, while saying “running, running running”. She’s really picked up her speed in the last couple weeks.

Plastic bags are not a toy.

Sometimes it rains plastic bags and then they stick to her feet.

So far Amelia has one chore. She has to put the dog food bowls away after they eat.

Oh, and make us laugh, and ask for kisses, and be the cutest kid ever!
