Where’s my cake?
Six more days till this kid is three.
Daphne made the red cake art on Tuesday with her occupational therapist, for their last visit (they end at age 3). She carries it around the house every night, and shows it to everyone. If she can’t find it, she asks us “Where’s my cake?” Then yesterday, her class August newsletter came home with her birthday listed for this month. I showed it to her and she was soooo excited! She spent a good bit of last night walking around with both papers and talking about her birthday.
This morning she told me she picked out the “D” and “A” magnets herself, too! And her favorite “O”, and the almost-the-same “G”.

Awesome! I love my nieces!
I’m soooo gratefully to have had Daphne with me the last 2 years!! You guys say I’ve taught her a lot, but you’ll never know how much she has taught me!! Trying not to cry already!! (Sniff, Sniff.) She is soooo cute and adorable! I can’t believe she is almost 3!! She and Amelia do and always will hold a special place in my heart!! Love always,
Ms. Holly
She was so proud of her cake painting when I saw her on Thursday…..three candles!
Amelia is such a great big sister…listens to Daphne talk about her cake and has that little sweet smile on her face…
Love those girls!
