Amelia likes to write “daily sheets” for her, Daphne or imaginary characters.  This one says:

“Sasse and Sese had a bad day.  Hitting (Hidn) everyone (eavrioionnone).”  She knows how to read books because she memorized the words.  But apparently she doesn’t know how to spell yet!

Yesterday, Amelia asked “Do we get to eat CANDY on Easter?”

We found the Easter baskets and bunny ears this morning.

(Grannie, any type of holiday is fitting for Daphne’s 4th of July clothes!)

We’re going over to Aunt Cheri’s house later to dye eggs and have dinner with the Johnsons.  I think I’ll add whiskers to their faces for the egg dying.

The girls planned several tricks for Ethan.  My favorite was Daphne’s idea, and Amelia’s execution.  They put play money in his wallet.

They wrote him fake letters, and got our neighbor to put them in the mailbox during the day.

Daphne wrote “Daddy”!

Amelia stuffed one of his socks with strips of paper, on top of the play-food pasta Daphne put in his sock drawer.

And they woke up before us, and dressed themselves in each others clothes.  Amelia put pants on before school, and they wore name tag stickers with the other sister’s name.
